Lledr Hall Residential

Year 5 children will be given the opportunity to have a residential stay at Lledr Hall. Lledr Hall is a Salford City Council Outdoor Education Centre and Salford children have been participating in stays there for many years.

There is an ever-growing body of evidence to support the view that participation in high quality adventurous activities improves attainment in education and enhances pupils’ personal, social and emotional development. We are therefore trying to include the opportunity for as many of our pupils as possible to have this experience whilst at St Luke’s.

The cost of this residential trip is usually around £150.00. This includes full board accommodation, transport from the school to the center and return, comprehensive insurance, all instruction and activities plus all safety equipment. This trip has been heavily subsidized by the school to keep the cost to you as low as possible. The cost can be paid either whole or in installments, as there will be a payment plan available if preferred.

We will be holding a Parents Meeting in the school Hall for the parents of those children attending. For further information visit the Lledr Hall website and you will be able to see for yourself how worthwhile and enjoyable these visits are!
